Gottfried and threader, Would someone explain to me how AMD, TXN, and founderies are going to compete with INTC since I understand that they will be manufacturing and selling circuitry around .13 micron, copper cut out of the 300 micron wafer. With the latest, fastest and mass production of chips, it seems reasonable to me that the competitors must get into the race to introduce the smaller, faster chips at lower prices or go out of business. What is wrong with my thought process?

As CEO Morgan states, "You must pay to play."

Thanks,

Paul
