I hate explorer browser too and netscape 6! I use netscape 4.73.

C# not a derivative or version of Java. It's MS's response to Java as the next killer devel language. They position it, I believe, as the gen from C++.

MS never got comfortable with Java, 'cause they wanted their own flavour, which is contrary to the whole IDEA of Java! Well, that, and it galled them to support anything Sun came up with <g>
