Could we be in an abc correction after completing 5 waves down (your "a" as a "3")? If it is a falling wedge, the only thing that would definitively predict is a retest of the May highs (2328 COMPX). I suppose you could look for a measured move duplicating the move off the lows, which would give us 700 points from your "e", or about 2600. I don't even want to think about that measured move in terms of percentage. <g>

Allan, it seems to me that the only thing which keeps the 'B' from going back to the lows before the 'C' starts, and the idea that the entire A-B-C would be a flat rather than a zig-zag, is if we assume the 'A' had 5 waves instead of the 3 waves. Is not possible that the 'A' had 3 waves? The initial rally off of April 4th to 22nd high was 'a', then the bull flag 'b' through May 14th, then the 'c' through to the May 22 high to complete the 'A'. That's the only count I can find that has us revisiting the lows anytime soon.
