07:40 ET Micron Tech (MU) 38.67: Bear Stearns upgrades to BUY from Attractive after Hynix (formerly Hyundai) announced that it is shutting down its Eugene, Oregon DRAM facility for 6 months. Firm views this as a leading indication of a potential upturn in the DRAM industry; expects similar actions to be taken by other DRAM vendors, which should help alleviate the current oversupply situation in the market.
