It talks about technically illegal ballots, not illegal ballots. Which are legal ballots with a slight flaw; just as those pregnant chads all of you dems were bawling about. Not only was it legal, but it was demanded by the law that if possible, one should divine the intent of the voter. The republicans, being better spiritualists, obviously had better divining talents than the dems. NOw, instead of honeing up your divining talents for the next election, you guys are wasting your time whinning about the last election; which you can't possibly change anyway, so , who cares?
