Am I reading the futures right?...we are really only down 1-1.5% or so from yesterday COMPX close (we must have blipped up from 4-4:15 yesterday)...

So it not as bad as it seems? (at the open, at least)

You still are missing my point. And that is the lack of objectivity, especially from our host. Maybe others dont care, but I do since I really attempt to be as objective as possible, and of course I too sometimes fail in that area too, although I dont believe that its that often relative to others.

EDIT - please dont take it as an attack, just my attempt to keep this thread as objective as possible.

as posted on early monday, knowing the earnings news coming out this week, i sold many of my positions due to dangers of bad earnings announcment reactions.

so even though i do follow my own signals, i am on the cautious side and taking profits along the way or following strategies are lower risk plays. currently i do have a couple positions and couple index holders.
