aj, Hard to say, since AMD had to consent to this and they would hardly do that just to move Isonics paper. I think there is more to this than meets the eye and there will be a number of continuing announcenents. They have had plenty of time to test and optimise this method and so I suspect there may be a product release coming soon. What is the latest in their battle with Eagle Picher over that 200KGM of isotopically pure Si28 that EP failed to deliver? I hear that the Russians were able to provide the 200 Kgs a few months ago. That means that epi wafers could be already coated and in production as we speak at AMD for fall release? Is this excess speculation? You bet!!. ISON went up sharply late yesterday and it is still rising. Bill
