Don, the very text you quote says shows it is not just about missile launchers - "Many of the 189 member nations represented here want an agreement that would make tracking small arms — from pistols to grenades and light missiles — easier and more reliable. They would also like at least an admonition against the unrestricted sales of weapons to civilians. If it was an international treaty or convention about missile launcher sales I'm sure the NRA wouldn't care. Tim

When will this "lady" realize she does NOT speak for me. She cannot counter something Barr says by saying that "that is not what Americans truly want."
