but it does make it clear that limitations are involved in the rights. It does nothing of the sort. Of course limitations are involved in the rights like they are in any other right. My natural right to break in to your house and steal food if I am starving (although it might make the action understandable and would certainly be a mitigating factor) my constitutional right to free speech doesn't include the right to defraud you. But the first clause of the 2nd amendment does not itself suggest any limits in the right to keep and bear arms. Tim
