The scenario is the same, just give me a bull market in which they can execute it, without a general bull market, the poor debs holders are stuck...

I like to play MU short but look for firm information that a companies business is in absolute decline with no hope for return to previous level of profitability before would consider a short.
I went short VRTS even today at $40 since the backup software will never be as good to them in the future. Legato systems comes to mind as fallen storage software company.

I also did small short position with NVDA today since video card companies are a dime a dozen. I think their crush CPU chipsets will be crushed by Intel offerings in next 6 months.

I am not overly bearish on rest of market. I am expecting MSFT to do fairly well RE earnings holding up the NDX from sickly dog territory for a while.
