I'm not sure his constituents are the only ones entitled to oust him. Although they certainly can vote him out in a year and a half, if he lasts that long. As for what's on the record, we know that he's a philanderer, a self-centered jerk, a manipulator, and ethical amoral. Actually, there is as much evidence that he lied to police and attempted to suborn perjury as there is that he is what you allege above.
