Tech has been in a triangle since this morning's down/up/down dip. If this is a 'b' triangle (triangles are in B's and 4's I recall) then we should make one more little trip up for the 'e' and then down we go. This hints at the IBM news being received badly.

edit: BTW, SOX relative strength (relative to NDX) fell off the little slef it held most of the day.
