Its amazing Bush is taking so long to make the stem cell research decision...

IMO, he should make the tough the decision that's right for the country and NOT the political decision to please the hard right factions in his party. Even conservative Senators (like Frist and Hatch) are in favor of Federal Funding for Embryonic Stem Cell Research. This is a complex issue. Yet, its not that complicated when you realize that if this new research has adequate funding it could potentially revolutionize medicine and help us find cures for things like Alzheimers, Cancer, Parkinsons, etc...Everyone knows folks that are dealing with these diseases.

Lets hope the President steps up to the plate and makes a bold decision that the majority of the country will respect and benefit from.

BTW, I don't think the Naz will retest its recent lows...Recently, its been able to maintain key support levels with A LOT of negative news...It clearly will get a few more stress tests over the summer though...I guess I prefer to see the glass as half full...=)
