" You are correct now that you reread and see that AS wrote,"Germany's reducing," ie is reducing...Your first rebuttal indicated that you thought he said "Germany reduced". I tryed to make it a little easier for you to understand by saying planning.... I got interested this exchange because I saw a mob demanding data from someone but only publishing nonsense data themselves. Now please tell me what there is in the link you posted that refutes anything that AS or I have said. And why are you so sure Germany will not make their target of 21%.
