Falsity alone is not enough. You also must show a reckless disregard for the truth in cases involving public figures. You also would have to show how the president's reputation was damaged by Spirit's post. This case would get tossed in 10 seconds because none of the three litmus tests were met. What a dimwit you are. Enlighten me, please, on the number of cases involving message board libel specifically pertaining to political comment --as opposed to statements made about start-up companies or heads of corporations or the like. Put one of the lackeys in your law office on the project, then have them report back to the class. In fact, your name-twisting, "UnAmerican Spirit," is probably more libelous than anything the poster has said about D-Dubya-I. Wait a minute, isn't "D-Dubya-I" libelous? No. Because it's true.
