Under your proposal I'm assuming that my reference to the three Atholes would come under the <5 per day rule, but that if I used the terms 'the major Athole' or 'the biggest Athole' or 'dope' and someone was to interpret my message as referring to an individual who frequents the thread I might be subject to banning?

Who does the interpreting?
