I'll try to prepare a comparison report on In N Out and Fatburger next week.

Just so happened that wife called, "I was busy today, didn't have time to prepare dinner".

So we headed out to Fatburger in Burbank.
The place wasn't that crowded, no lines only four customers.

We ordered Fatburger with egg, Fat fries, onion ring, side order of chilly, soda and milk shake.
After about 5 minutes wait we got our meal.
The first bite was great, just like the good ol' days.
It seems to have much higher fat content, which makes food taste good. Reminded me of Tommy's burger without chilly.

Bread was a tad too dry,
meat was cooked more than well done, almost crunch.
Tomato wasn't fresh as In N Out's...
And the french fry oil was definitely bad, over used.
(I'm very sensitive to burnt oil)
Chilly was better than average though.
Soda was flat, we had to ask the employee and he replaced it.

The first bite was great.
That's about it, overall, didn't impress neither of us.

Movie theater was near by so we went to see a movie called Legally Blonde. If I were a high school kid, would have enjoyed... realized I'm getting old. My wife enjoyed it though. Well at least feel we were back in collage days, burger dinner, coffee and movie.... We decided to do this more often...
