My impression from the CC was that Intel always meant sold when they said 'shipped'. They said several times that they don't count sales until the units are actually bought by an end user, and that comment doesn't make sense if they are only talking about shipments. Also the revenue data from the IAG suggests that sales must have been up. Otherwise ASPs must have been flat but Intel admitted that they fell (by approx. 6% since IAQ revenue was essentially flat).
