I guess this is OT, but I had been wondering for quite a while whether there were Hispanic people in cyberspace, and if so, where they were. We have people from so many places around the world, but I hadn't "met" any Hispanics - until now? Never had menudo, don't know what sangrita is. Agree that tripe is good for a hangover. In New Orleans, you can get a tripe dish at Chinese restaurants that is very good for hangovers, but I can't remember the name of it. I don't think it's a traditional Chinese dish, I guess it's what you call fusion.
