Senate lost-Until they take Torricelli away in handcuffs. But the Senate hasn't really changed anyway. Jeffords has simply "outed" the fact that he's too much of a weasel to have been elected by anyone anyway. Lott & the others already know that about him. And now Puff self-destructs on every issue, giving the advantage right back to Bush.
