Probably gonna go see this on Saturday: amazingcaves.com

Journey Into Amazing Caves tells the story of Nancy Aulenbach and Dr. Hazel Barton, who share a love for caves and cave exploration. Join these two accomplished cavers as they explore unusual caves, like ice caves in Greenland and underwater caves in the jungles of Mexico, looking for important clues about the Earth's past and microorganisms that inhabit its most extreme environments. On the giant screen, this unique story will transport viewers on an adventure to some of the most extraordinary environments on earth. Narrated by Liam Neeson and featuring a soundtrack with songs and music from The Moody Blues, Journey Into Amazing Caves is MacGillivray Freeman Films' third Great Adventure Film. Photographed with IMAX® cameras, Journey Into Amazing Caves is now playing on giant screen theatres across North America and will premiere internationally in the following months.

Minneapolis Aquatennial Fireworks

Where: Stone Arch Bridge and St. Anthony Falls 6th Ave SE and Main St SE Minneapolis, MN

When: 10:00 pm Saturday, Jul. 21

No wonder this is Minneapolis' best fireworks display: The Zambelli family's spectacles have made it into the Guinness Book of World Records. This year the fireworks have moved downstream, to a location near St. Anthony Falls and Lock and Dam No. 1. Look for new special effects from the Third Avenue Bridge. Before the fireworks, sample the wares of food vendors while you're entertained by the sounds of the KOOL 108 RiverBlast (6pm-10:30pm along West River Road near Portland Avenue). Serious couch potatoes can catch the display at home: 10:35pm on KARE (NBC, Channel 11).
