I saw the EPS estimate reduction in the past week. The estimate on Yahoo dropped from .02 to .01 in the past week.

I wouldn't say the analysts have "quietly" dropped estimates: Goldman
Sachs and Merrill, among others, have been very vocal on their
dumping of storage stocks over the last few weeks.

NTAP management, on the last conference call, said that this quarter
will be flatish like Q4, which was around $225M. Meeting expectations
here is a quarter that is +- 5% from last - at least to me. The other
concern isn't just revenue but margin. EMC got cut-throat with their
pricing with IBM/Hitachi and significantly dropped margin. I'm hoping
NTAP didn't have to be as aggressive in the NAS space, but realistically
I wouldn't be surprised to see at least a few points of margin lost,
we'll see.
