I just ran through your profile... I noticed you're an "inventor" --does that entitle you to re-invent Charlie Chaplin as a Jewish celebrity? Anyway, let's put the record straight:

Actually, Chaplin (shown, at about this time, at left) had good reason to dislike the Nazis aside from embarrassment over his image onscreen or off. He had a strong hatred for authoritarian government in general -- particularly its dehumanizing aspects, which ran parallel to those of the machines of Modern Times and were exemplified in a 1937 short story Chaplin wrote, Rhythm: A Story of Men in Macabre Movement. Chaplin's memoirs and public statements make it clear that, not simply as a PR move, he felt great disgust with anti-Semitism (such as the Nazis exemplified) and had spoken out about it many times, this in an era when such pro-Jewish feelings were not so often spoken openly. David Robinson recounts how Chaplin met a young girl aboard ship during a 1921 tour, then complimented Jews as being geniuses upon learning she was Jewish. He recollected, "'No, I am not Jewish,' [I said] as she was about to put that question, 'but I am sure there must be some somewhere in me. I hope so.'" (1984: 290) [...]

Besides, your email address belongs to wanadoo.fr so I guess you might be a Jewish pied noir? A nutcase from the Likud de France? The latest avatar of SI-famous provocateur Yaacov?? You tell me!

Re: In you country there is a genius rapist, a world class rapist&killer. Should Belgium be destroyed...?

C'mon! You should know better... Below is a scrap from Belgium's Neofascist Vlaams Blok's agenda. (BTW, Neofascist VB scored a healthy 30% of the votes in Jewish Antwerp-- go figure!)

WHAT DO WE STAND FOR?

Radical Flemish nationalism, which leads to Flemish independence.

The Vlaams Blok is a nationalist party. We are the only real Flemish nationalist party. We wish that Flanders exercises its right of self-determination to the highest degree by creating an independent state of Flanders, which takes its own place in the galery of sovereign European peoples.

Belgium has no added value for us. On the contrary, Belgium has always ignored the legitimate demands of the Flemish people. It is still 'normal' in this country that Flanders does not get what it deserves in a democratic country. Our patience is up.

One sometimes hears that the Vlaams Blok subscribes to state-nationalism as opposed to ethnic nationalism. Nationalism can only be ethnic nationalism. This latter term is really a tautology. Natio is the Latin term for 'people', 'etnos'. It is related to nasci, 'to be born'. Nationalism is the state of mind of somebody who wants his people (and every people) to exercise its right of self-determination.

State-nationalism would be the feeling of unity that brings several ethnic groups together in loyalty towards the institutions and ideologies of a certain state. France and Belgium are two states that promote so-called state-nationalism. But state-nationalism is really a euphemism for ethnic imperialism of one people or group within a certain state. In such a state one people imposes its imperium or authority on other peoples. In France the French people dominates the Breton, Bask, Corsican, Dutch (Flemish), and other peoples.

In Belgium the French-speakers, i.e., the Walloons and frenchified Flemings, used to dominate the Flemish people. Although the situation has improved significantly, French-speakers in Belgium still have more power than that to which they are entitled by their numbers in a democracy.

We reject every form of so-called state-nationalism, therefore also its Belgian version. We wish that the Flemish and the Walloon peoples each decide about its future. It is crystal clear that Flanders and Wallonia (want to) make different social, economic, political, and cultural choices. The Belgian State prevents them from doing this. It is time that Belgium expires.

As I said, the Middle East has its Palestinian state already: Israel! Israel --that is, Israel and its subservient hinterland-- is a Palestinian state... with Jewish rulers. That sort of ethnic imperialism always ends up in shambles... Just ask the Flemings...
