Here's a guy dumber'n Bush: The Pawtucket (R.I.) Times carries an article with the headline "Kennedy: At Worst, Condit 'Guilty of Murder.' " The article quotes the Ocean State's Rep. Patrick Kennedy as observing that if his colleague is guilty of murder, it "would not only force him to resign, but to go to prison."
