The surplus today was 11% at the highest demand hour or about 4200 mHw. More coming on line in the next two months. Lots of conservation going on as people in other parts of the state saw what those in San Diego paid when prices spiked last year. By extreme measures I was actually able to stay under Lifeline Usage amounts of 276 kWh and my bill was about $27 @ .13 per kWh with a 20% discount for reducing comsumption over last year by 20%.
