Because some people see things that are and ask why? others see see things that are not and ask why not. It really doesn't relate to politics. The little uneventful issue involving CA energy has no bearing on the Republic. Long ago, in one of the most sterling speeches of our lifetime, a dude said, "let the word go forth from this time and place to friend and foe alike ..." The powers that be have always attempted to divide the people. Very seldom in the course of human development have a group of people stood up and said -- not us. I would suggest that you should detach your keyboard and just watch your monitor. You might learn something. Berney
