Yes it would James. I'm pretty sure I know who, or at least one person, that was selling last time it came down this far...this time I have no idea.

For what it's worth, I do know a couple of people that are in the private club, but I've never even asked them to share anything from there with me. Now some unsolicited tidbits have come to me from others that I don't know as well...but nothing too exciting.

This Digr "sleuthing" is getting seriously funny.

Re the selling. It's mainly small trades, 2500 to 20,000 that have been bringing it down.

Could just be small players getting bored with it, could be someone needing money for food or shelter even.

You'd think that any large holders wanting out would get in touch with either the company, or other large holders and make private deals with them so as not to hurt the price....unless they are pissed off about something, and intend to take it down.

And there is always the possibility:

From the last filing, that 7+mm shares works out to .031693758/share, so .045 is still a 50% gain.

"During 2001 (through March 31, 2001), Golden Eagle has raised approximately $239,330 from the sale of 7,551,329 shares of its common stock and approximately $60,000 from the sale of convertible debt from accredited investors
