Greenspan appeared frustrated

Maybe the questions were more pointed or he has lost his 'mystique' :o). He also seemed less optimistic re: the consumer cavalry coming to the rescue IMO.

I certainly hope so. I prefer short term trades in a bear market and bloody creates good opportunities.

Speaking of opportunities, short PENG today. Should be easy money. Good short term short.

PENG has always sold for a premium due to a very controlled and consistent growth. Last Q that trend stopped. Growth was a negative 3%, and the stock is selling for over 8X last years cash flow.
