Show your data! Did it use the same software on the exact same platform. Were the numbers generated at the same time? Using a new BIOS with the same configuration netted a performance increase of 5% with the exact same CPU. That's a scale factor of infinity!

As for the configurations, if you think they were tweaked to artificially inflate the P4... ask Anand... all of the raw data is from his site. Based on my reading of the article he used his normal fair benchmarking techniques.
