In G.B. everyone doesn't commit perjury. One reason why? When a national leader practices it they slap him in jail for 4 years:

UK Lord Archer Guilty Of Perverting Course Of Justice

LONDON (AP)--Best-selling novelist and disgraced politician Jeffrey Archer
was convicted Thursday of perjury and obstructing justice.

A jury at London's Old Bailey deliberated for four days before convicting him of
four counts of perjury and obstructing justice in connection with a libel trial in
1987. He was acquitted on one count.

No date was set for sentencing, which could include a prison term.

[Guy on CNBC this morning said 4 years]

Re: "Did they all commit perjury and obstruct justice?"

Who was the last congressperson convicted of perjury and obstruction of justice?

Refresh my memory. It's been so long, I can't remember.
