I concur. I did hear on CNBC an analyst say IBM is a "buy" and gave a 12 month target of 135.

MicroElectronics Division in Endicott is getting in more orders -- employees who were asked to take vacation now, in the summer, are now being asked to delay vacation -- this is good news, business is definitely picking up.
