Thanks Karen. Nice to see some good news for a change, even though I think these surpluses are temporary. I think the article says something about how a hot August could cause rolling blackouts again. What I would really like to see is when a paper or a TV news program gets something wrong it makes the correction as prominent as the original story (unless the correction is a minor technical one, we don't need corrections of minor details as front page above the fold news items) Tim
