pgerassi, RE: I do not like Intel allowed to use proforma earnings instead of those required of most companies including AMD by GAAP standards.

AMD can report pro forma numbers any time they want, just like Intel does, as long as they provide GAAP numbers, as Intel does.

Of course, this would be dependent upon AMD actually being able to buy another company....
