That revised thread header is a joke, but then again, so is the Thread Regulator.

My only question is why did he feel compelled to create yet more revisionist spin in a world already full of such? I think the reason he codified his policy (after-the-fact) is that he is trying to cover his tracks in the nefarious affair in which he banned me.

In any event, Bill, thanks for calling it to my attention.
