There's a lot to take in here. Dilution. Management
of this on top of Pennsaid. Funding.

Also, the story about WF10 is not out there.

I hope, and in this case (RK) expect that the milestone
deal may well have a 2 year or longer timeframe. I would
expect an earlier run to 51% and somewhat longer time
to acquire the full 100% with valuations that accomodate
that.

I'm not chasing it yet. I think there are opportunities
here. Two years from now, I believe we'll look back and
realize this was an important move.

DI7026 on Stockhouse said it well. This makes DMX a two
drug platform biotech.

It is a strange news release. We're going to buy this company, we'll tell you more about it in 2Q, including how we are going to pay for it and how much. I didn't see either of the nationals pick it up. If I was an analyst I'd look at the non-existent figures and conclude nothing has changed yet.
