Well, having seen that, I just changed my mind. Clinton WAS the cause of the economic expansion in the 90's after all! Obviously. Clinton was in office while it happened, therefore HE DID IT!

It couldn't have anything to do with the irrational exhuberance referenced by AG followed by the predictable meltdown of dot-coms.

If you want to claim cause and effect, you need to show cause. So far, you've shown mere coincidence.
