The $7 isn't the exercise price..it's a number used to trigger the redemption..if the company chooses to do so.
The strike price is 5.35..until the 3.2 mm deal is completed, then it goes to 4.89....and it cannot be 3,199,999, it has to be the full amount. They have until Aug 15 to buy the stock. Someone reported that the deal is as good as done...I'll wait for the release to know for sure.
