It's possible. Remember Donald's max pain numbers? I don't think we've reached them yet. Also, I think the complacency indexes, such as they are, will be giving buy signals EOD. But again, the complacency indexes can turn on a dime, so there's nothing guaranteed about them. They don't provide precise mathematical formulations to predict the future, unlike more costly indicators and systems, available at upscale TA retailers. They're budget indicators, and address only the present.
