I love the term "going commando"!

Man, you're so lucky to have pull-ups available. Paper diapers were new to the scene when my first daughter arrived. I never knew what to expect in the morning, as she loved to pull the tape and take them off. Though I suppose that can be pretty easily done with pull-ups as well.

Congrats on two bone dry nights. I'd say a celebration is in order. I'll bet your wee one is very proud.
