KC, you can play the futures and options traded on the PHLX and CME (CME is more liquid), but you need an account with a commodity broker for that. then there's the AMEX traded Euro warrant, EUN.WS.

Chu, you can also trade with a bank they sell you OTC options. The problem is that the spreads are very wide, like 1/2 or more in IV. On hte other hand you can design option to your liking. On the CME one option contract covers 125,000 Euro's

In any case would not recommend trading currencies as they are not exactly for the faint of hearth. I am selling covered option and this by itself is not so easy.

Further they trade around the clock and everything can affect currencies.
