I am smart so I am here coz this is a good thread to learn from - one bite at a time! <g> I shorted 400 Amat at 46.03 just a little while ago. I closed out my long/short Amat shares two days ago but still have a (more-than one month old) small option position: I wrote 4 Amat July-50 puts for $6+ premium I wrote 3 Amat July-50 calls for $9+ premium. The perfect world would give me July-50 on Friday, but I double it...So the 400 shorted today may give me hedge/play-room for tomorrow/Friday. Regards!
