The source please for your claim that Saddam is the 4th most powerful military whatever in the world

I didn't say "is", I said "was". This information was common knowledge at the time of the Gulf War (where were YOU?) and it doesn't take a lot of deep thought to figure out which military powers were more powerful at the time (you may remember the liberal quotes -- "if we get into a ground war with Iraq it is going to be a meatgrinder in there" and "this isn't Grenada" and "when we start seeing massive numbers of casualties the sentiment for war will change").

History will honor Mr. Bush for making a tough, correct decision when the public was 70% against it. This is what true leadership is all about. A mere weasel can make a decision to follow the polls. A true leader makes tough, sometimes unpopular decisions. I recognize this is a foreign concept for you, so I'll refer you to "Profiles in Courage" for details on this kind of leadership.

If you want to research it, I'm reasonably certain you can find TONS of articles in all the popular military publications of the time.

It might have been more accurate to say 4th biggest then 4th most powerful (line up Iraq's army against Germany's and it wouldn't have been fun for Iraq despite the fact that Iraq had a bigger army). It also may have only been true if you where counting just the army, not the entire military.
