fuller - Paul Colborne status. There was a new prelim. IPO filing at SEDAR yesterday that details resurfacing of a bunch of experienced & familiar names including Colborne. Filing is under "Crescent Point Energy" & may be a situation to watch for. Griffiths is underwriter and the structure is flow-thru A/B shares. It appears mgmt. is positioned with approx. 30% of the A shares (just under 4mil at $0.25/share). Just glancing quickly at the prospectus there also appears to be a seismic option agreement and participation agreement with Renata Resources (now owned by RAX-tse Rio Alto). Financing is for $6 - $9mil. If one subscribes to theory that mgmt. is crucial with new startups then pages 17 - 21 of the 50 page prospectus are worth looking at...... Officers include: Paul Colborne - pres. ex-Startech Scott Saxberg - vp production ex-Magin & Numac Douglas Clenchy - vp explore ex-senior explorationist AEC Daniel Toews - controller ex-APF/Millenium & Pan Cdn.
