How did you like the statement from DeLay...

"This funding ensures that Houstonians and all Americans can be confident that FEMA is prepared when tragedy strikes," he said.

I know every time I take a seat at the pub, some American asks me..."Do you think FEMA is prepared when tragedy strikes?"

One of those burning questions that's on all American's minds.
