Quick double take on McData:

This is good. The Commerzbank SAN was projected for Brocade 6400 sales. Greg Reyes is fond of telling the analysts that they don't really compete with McData or Inrange directors because those are sold mainly into mainframe shops, you know, for FICON storage. Wellll, it sure looks like directors can be sold wherever customers need them, don't it. The 6400 reception has been lukewarm, to put it charitably, its cheapness notwithstanding scrutiny.

And right now, McData has more customers than product. So much for Brocade's freezing SW12000 pre-announcement. When is that coming out now? Didn't they say L-A-T-E?
