my thoughts exactly. a study in complacency. with the added twist that several prominent former bears too clever by half have now turned into bulls...armed with the most ludicrous arguments in some cases. what i don't get is, does nobody see that it's NOT a run-of-the-mill development that half a year after the first rate cut, the market STILL trades below the level it was at then? if they invoke history, they should look at the appropriate stretches of same.
