Mark: Great to hear from you. Hope the health of your community is great and that of you and yours. Good points--as always-- the sage analyst that you are. No comment-- save one. My comment on share manipulation was meant to be connected only to the price dive and high volume in the week to days leading up to the Ottawa decision to send Pennsaid back for more info to DMX. I am at peace with the personal belief that the news was leaked by someone in govt or the company and that brokers/houses and some individuals benifited. But, as they say, that and a cup of coffee will add up to $1.00. I just didn't want anything to do with DMX after that point. I may be back into DMX. My own belief (given my senior time of life) is that in this market a person is wise not to tie up $ for an extended period of time (1-2 years) with the risks as high as this one has attached to it at this moment. Once FDA approval is in hand (my personal measure of major event) then I will come back (yes and miss some of the initial kicks) --but heck, I have missed my share of kicks in life--but then again, I have had a few good ones too. Mark, "But as one poster said on Stockhouse, maybe this is all a rouse to bolster the share price and in 6 months the deal will be off." As to the post on Stockhouse, this is an opinion of one New York contact that has never meet or talked to RK. I would give RK a little more credit, if she wanted to be devious as this contact is insinuating. I think RK would more likely take 10, 20 Million draw first followed by NR Oxo LOI. Don't you think that more like Rebecca's style ? LOL RK pulling change out of her Aqua purse leads me to believe cash was not a long term issue (at the time). I hope she can still see the light at the end of the tunnel. MJ
