don't get your pony tail in a knot, mst You obviously needed to take a longer vacation. Your projections for astn have been WAY off. Fred's projections have been WAY off. Mine have been more in line with reality. Let's get to the COH. I wouldn't put it past astn to put off some bills for after march 31 to make the annual look good for the s-2 filings and such. So many companies do this. Supposedly not all reported vwap volume was "true" vwap volume. I wouldn't put it past fred and co. If I remember correctly Fred say in the fwf that the burn rate is $1.1 to $1.3 after the demise of eMC. Since Fred said this it's probably closer to $1.3 based on his past financial projections. He's never made more than he projected or spent less than he said he will I don't think. Neither you nor I know the exact COH today or the exact burn rate. We are both just speculating. This is not an exact science. I have not said bad things about everyone in the company. The IR woman is nice. I hear Uchimoto was an upstanding guy a few years back. The rest of the BOD is comprised of intelligent people. Fred doesn't look too bad for his age. See, I can say nice things. I personally believe that astn as a whole is a little dark. They most certainly have some individuals with dark pasts and presents in there, i.e. Fred, Gothner, Valentine. You know 100 shareholders? That's almost 1/3 of all the shareholders. I don't think the IR woman has spoken with that many shareholders. Who are you? Yes, I personally believe that you are intentionally defrauding people for financial gain, just like Westergaard but in slightly different ways. How come you save the talk about astn problems for the private club? Why not lay it out on the public boards? Why hide astn's dirty parts and only show the positive side? These are message boards, places to post our opinions. Quit thinking this is a court of law. It's not. Quit threatening all negative posters with legal-ease. You have scared a few honest negative posters off the boards with the lawsuit threats. You did this intentionally to keep the public from knowing the dirty side of astn. Maybe if you and your buds hadn't attacked me instantly in such disgusting ways when I first showed up on the board, I might not be so defensive today. I'm nicer on other boards if you hadn't noticed. Attacking honest negative posters with your vile might keep some off the boards. Other times it causes the opposite effect. It makes stubborn people like me stay even longer. Your buddy the nutcase also shut down my business leaving me more time for the board. You two were in the private club together. Fred suing me has also made me do a lot more research into this company uncovering more dirty bits along the way. If you hadn't responded to my first post the way you did, I probably never would have posted about astn again. If you hadn't begged fred to sue me by posting "slander, libel," I wouldn't still be here. I'd left the board before he sued me. Someone had to email me that he said on the fwf he was going to sue me. You guys created me. Deal with it. You poke a lioness with a stick in the eye, you think she's gonna lick your hand and purr? She'll probably rip your arm off and make you wish you had a shark wrestling uncle to get it back for you.
