"I agree that the dead are dead, and I like you am strongly against abortion (as you can see if you read my debate with Solon) but any arguments I make are weakened if I use innacurate information to support them. The right or wrong of it is irrelevant and no data will make you argument weaker or stronger. It's immoral when Caesar forces us to fund abortions against our will. The blood is then on our hands.
