Same boat Lakeoffice They all believe in a strategic (static) asset allocation system, roughly 40% bonds, 38% large cap stocks, 4% small caps and 18% international here. Same allocation targets since 3/99- will NOT time the market. Don't believe in it- even though costs to them are 2 to 5 cents per share to trade. I think all the public pension elephants think alike and are only concerned with their tracking error against the benchmark on each of their portfolios.
